Principal Broker, Howard is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
After a successful career as a nuclear propulsion plant supervisor, onboard submarines, Howard is the company's Broker, taking care of the computer network and the company's marketing and advertising activities, agent recruitment and training. Howard is active with the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS and, as a Virginia licensed Real Estate Instructor, teaches Real Estate Principles pre-licensing courses.
Howard is currently mobilized on active duty with the US Navy, supporting both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. He is serving locally at Naval Expeditionary Logistics Support Force, Cheatham Annex.
