Jay is our staff appraiser.
With over 16 years of residential appraisal experience, Jay is recognized and approved by FHA, VA and Conventional lenders. He is a licensed residential appraiser as well as a licensed real estate salesman.
Jay holds a BA from UNCA, is a Certified Residential Virginia Appraiser and a member of the local, state and National Association of Realtors. He is single and a lifelong resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
